The process is simple. Schedule a FREE thirty minute consultation where you will be taken through a comprehensive fitness assessment. This will cover your current fitness level, a brief health history form, body composition analysis, and discussion of any health conditions that may be of concern before beginning your exercise program. You and Patrick will get a chance to know each other and discuss your fitness goals going forward. Once you're signed up, and the necessary paperwork is completed, then you're ready to begin!

* 30 minute personal training sessions are also available if you are looking for a quick, high energy workout in half the time!
Bring a friend or two in order to share the cost and still get the personal attention you need to reach your goals. For groups of 4 or more people, we can put together a boot camp or fitness program based on everyone’s wants and needs.

This type of fitness training program is great for those who don't necessarily need face-to-face exercise supervision, and could use the assistance of a trainer to help with program design, accountability, and motivation.
Once a month, Patrick will email you a personalized weight training and cardio plan designed specifically for you. In your first session, he will tell you what exercises to perform and how to perform them. He will then outline the number of repetitions and sets he recommends for you, making your program easy to follow and understand. Each week, (or as often as you like,) the two of you will meet by phone or online chat to check in and see how things went during the week. We will discuss your nutrition, goals, and overall progress, and then go over the plan for the following week.
You'll have one-on-one contact with Patrick, who will assist you in monitoring your progress, hold you accountable to your program, keep you motivated, and adjust your program as needed. This way you get all the guidance, advice, and expertise of a fitness trainer, without having the expense or inconvenience of meeting three times a week. You work out on your own time, and you schedule your regular meetings with Patrick at times that are convenient for you.
